Common questions

Before you get in touch.

How do we start working together?

Every engagement starts with a fixed-price Practical Automation Review: a short discovery session, a simple map of your current process, and plain-English recommendations. If you go ahead with a build, the review fee is credited against it.

What will it cost?

Free tools and a free 20-minute fit call are available first. AI Working Sessions are £149. Reviews are £195–£495. PracticalFlow builds are £1,500–£3,000. Microsoft 365 and Copilot work ranges from a £500 workshop to a £7,500 implementation. AI at Work workshops start from £750, and Care Plans are £99, £299 or £599 per month. You always get a fixed price before any work begins.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. The point isn't AI for its own sake — it's a more reliable way of working. Recommendations come in plain English, and you decide what is worth doing.

Will this work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. PracticalOps works with Microsoft 365 — Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate and Forms — and common business tools, fitting automation around your existing process rather than replacing everything.

Is my data safe?

Data handling and access are considered as part of every review, and any system is built with sensible controls and clear ownership of your data. The Trust & control page explains how PracticalOps assistants are kept governed.

Do you only work in Suffolk?

PracticalOps is based in Suffolk and works with businesses across the UK, remotely and on-site where it helps.
